MTRZD1 Giveaway Official Rules

1 Eligibility: The MTRZD1 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Motorized Coffee Company LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate.

2 Contest Period: The Contest begins on September 12, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on November 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Contest Period”).

3    How to Enter:
    ▪    Purchase Method: For every $1 spent on eligible purchases, participants will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Entries will be automatically recorded at the time of purchase.
    ▪    Mail-In Method: To enter without making a purchase, mail a completed entry form or a plain piece of paper with your name, address, and email address to: Motorized Coffee Company LLC, P.O. Box 3472, Running Springs, California 92382, United States. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2024, and received by December 7, 2024, to be eligible. Each mail-in entry will be counted as one (1) entry into the Contest.

4 Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Snap-On Tool Box 40" Sliding Lid, 8-Drawer Tool Cart (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $2,500.

5 Drawing and Notification: On or about December 10, 2024, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6 Prize Claim: The winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. The Prize will be shipped to the winner’s address as provided. If the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7    General Conditions:
    ▪    By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
    ▪    The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
    ▪    The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions that may occur.

8 Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the Prize.

9 Publicity: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10 Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11 Disputes: Any disputes arising out of this Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
